Central Veterinary Associates, P.C. Offers Free Rabies Vaccinations for Over 100 Pets

As a public service, veterinarians from Central Veterinary Associates, P.C. came to Pet Works in Lawrence to provide free rabies vaccinations for pets on May 22. More than 100 pets were vaccinated. Central Veterinary Associates, P.C. urged pet owners to have their pets vaccinated for rabies, not only to ensure their pet’s health, but because it is mandated by New York State law.

Those who had their pets vaccinated received a tag to place on their pet’s collar, indicating their pet has received the vaccine. They also received discount coupons for services from Central Veterinary Associates and for products from Pet Works. They also had the opportunity to meet with a dog trainer to discuss their pet’s behavior and have their pet’s picture taken by a professional pet photographer.
