The Public Relations and Marketing Group has been helping corporations, organizations, individual practices and other entities find their way to success since it opened in 2002.
Like his enterprising predecessors at Apple and Hewlett
Packard, John C. Zaher founded the company
out of an office in his father’s
West Islip home, after working for nearly a
decade in public relations and marketing for
government and the telecommunications industry.
In the years since, the PRMG has grown into
an integrated, full-service public relations
and marketing firm moving to offices in Central
Islip and more recently to a more spacious
and centrally-located headquarters in Patchogue.
All the while, the firm’s mission has remained the same: to help its clients grow by allowing them to worry less about their own public relations, marketing and advertising efforts and focus more on the business that is their business.
Whether it’s a corporation announcing a new product, a charity organizing a fundraiser, a restaurant planning its grand opening, or any other need, the PRMG can help. Press releases from its public relations department gain media attention for the product launch. Brochures, advertisements and websites, created by the firm’s design department, help sell the product to consumers. Television commercials and long-form overview videos, produced by the firm’s award-winning video production department, help reach additional customers and allow a convenient means of training employees about the new product.
Leaving the public relations and marketing work to PRMG allows the company more time to focus on developing, perfecting and manufacturing its product.
The same integrated approach can help the charity and the restaurant, too. Press releases draw media attention to the organization’s plight. Stories on television and in newspapers appeal to the generosity of donors. Invitations, advertisements , posters and other printed materials, utilizing images taken by the firm’s staff photographer, reinforce the date, time and location of the fundraiser and encourage additional donors to attend. Public service announcements and documentary-style videos convey the mission of the charity and serve as a moving reminder of the organization’s important contributions to the community.
Leaving the public relations and marketing work to PRMG allows the charity more time to focus on helping members of the community.
The same methods alleviate the stress of a restaurant grand opening, as well. Press releases draw reporters and food critics to write stories and reviews about the new establishment and special events, like a ribbon-cutting ceremony, bring additional attention. Logos, menus, brochures and websites designed by the graphic design department give the restaurant a unique, noticeable identity and help create a sense of streamlined branding. A television commercial, with scenes of the restaurant and its chief menu selections, can expand the establishment’s potential customer base. A version of the commercial streamed onto the restaurant website can help reach additional guests by allowing them to get an inside look at the dining room and a sampling of selected entrées without leaving home.
The Public Relations and Marketing Group’s full-service digital video production division
uses the latest in digital technology to deliver broadcast-quality
commercials, public service announcements and longer-form videos. The
video production staff, led by veteran television writer, director
and producer Terence Dollard, is at home whether on location or in
the studio and its superior level of professional quality gives clients
exactly what they want, the first time.
PRMG’s executive staff has a combined 30 years experience in public relations, marketing, graphic design and video production. In the last decade, members of the PRMG staff have won numerous awards for their public relations, advertising and marketing campaigns, for their writing and photography and for their video productions and television commercials.
